Returns & Refunds

EXCHANGES & RETURNS ON All Products, except for customized products(customize your own image).

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to Exchange or Return your product . We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Therefore, if you receive a product with quality problems or are not satisfied with the product, please contact us and show proof of purchase, we will return or exchange for you (if you need)

PLEASE NOTE: All products must be in clean, "unworn," and salable condition to be accepted for return or exchange. We reserve the right to charge a damage fee (30% order amount) on any products returned with excessive scratching or other abuse. 
Customized products does not support exchanges and refunds.
 

Exchange Steps

Step1
Mail to us at admin@one-moments.com, include your email, order number.
 
Step2
We will send the confirm mail to you. Then you should ship back the product to the address:
Room 9042, 9th Floor, Block B, Chung Mei Centre, 15-17 Hing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.   postcode: 999077
 
Step3
When we received product, we will send the new product to you within 5 days, shipping will take approximately 8-28 business days with standard shipping method.
 The delivery fee of shipping back should be covered by you if the return is due to your reasons. 
If the wrong item was shipped due to our error, the delivery fee of shipping back will be covered by us. We will resend the correct item, with an estimated delivery time of 8-28 business days. All shipping costs will be covered by our store.
 

Return & Refund Steps

Step2
We will send you the confirm mail to you. Then you should ship back the product to the address:

 If wrong or bad item was shipped due to our error, the delivery fee of shipping back will be covered by us.
  
Step3
When we received product, we will carry out a quality check within 3 business day.
If no problem, we will initiate a refund and inform you with email. You will receive a full refund within 30 days.
If the product is damaged, we will mail to you and provide the proof image. If you confirmed, we would initiate a refund.  You will receive 70% order amount within 30 days.
The refund will be processed back to your original payment account.
 

Cancel Order

1. If you cancel order before delivery, mail to us at admin@one-moments.com, include your email, order number. We will initiate a refund and inform you with email. You will receive a full refund within 30 days.
 
2. If you cancel order after delivery, you can follow the return procedure above.
